Work That Matters from Day One
The Reserve Bank manages monetary policy to maintain price stability, promotes the maintenance of a sound and efficient financial system, and supplies New Zealand banknotes and coins. They had always run a graduate campaign but in 2020 wanted to go to market in a more extensive way with a fresh look and feel.
CHALLENGE
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand came to HainesAttract as they wanted to ramp up their graduate and intern campaign. They were keen to attract a broader range of candidates and wanted an advertising campaign that reflected their point of difference. They also wanted this campaign to be flexible enough to cover their graduates, interns as well as their scholarship programmes.
SOLUTION
HainesAttract developed the concept of “Work that matters from day one” which was based on some of the feedback from current graduates at the bank. We had a professional photography session with current graduates and combined these images with quotes from the current graduates and interns. This gave potential candidates an idea of what it was like to work at RBNZ.
