We know that not one size fits all, so we take a tailored approach to your recruitment needs by developing your content, marketing through key channels and helping you engage with candidates. We do all of this under your brand; after all, candidates will be coming to work for you, not us, so it’s your story that matters.
Our recruitment team offers the following range of targeted recruitment solutions to complement your existing internal capabilities – and they do all this under your brand, not ours, providing a positive experience of your organisation.SEE PROJECTS
Sometimes you just need an extra pair of hands. We offer all of our recruitment services unbundled:
Globally, there are hundreds of media channels that can be used to attract talent. The media landscape is diverse and fragmented and it’s becoming more complex. We help you navigate this, placing the right message in front of the right people at the right time and cost.SEE PROJECTS
It’s no surprise that the way we engage with content has changed rapidly over the last few years. The changes in the digital environment has enabled an explosion of creativity and video content, as well as internal and candidate engagement – the possibilities really are endless.SEE PROJECTS
The Government has tasked a group of industry leaders to seek out infrastructure projects that are ready to start as soon as the construction industry returns to normal to reduce the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s where LookSee comes in.
LookSee focuses on bringing the world’s best talent to New Zealand. Our LookSee Build programme supports over 80 employers in New Zealand and right now, we’re busy making plans to support New Zealand’s rebuild and the Government’s infrastructure sector. We’re listening and talking to our clients, industry bodies, and Immigration New Zealand and are moving to develop a solution that ensures New Zealand retains and attracts the talent required to deliver on this programme.
Projects from the private and public sector that are ‘shovel-ready’ or likely to be within six months will be the focus of this push, developing a pipeline of infrastructure projects from across the country that would be ready to begin as soon as we are able to move around freely and go back to work.
This means that right now we are working on developing a solution to support the sector and taking advantage of our geographic and economic position in the world. So, for any aspect of your resourcing to attract and retain infrastructure talent, connect with us and follow our updates as we develop the LookSee programme to meet the infrastructure sector demands and New Zealand's economic response to COVID-19.
